Student Assistant to Group HR


The Global HR Organization consists of 23 employees worldwide. The role of Group HR is to proactively, effectively, accurately and timely partner with management and the business to develop and execute strategies, plans and business priorities by providing high quality support, facilitate, challenge and advise on leadership, people and organizational matters and doing it in a compliant, respectful, ethical and legally correct way in line with the values of the firm.

As a Student Assistant in Group HR, you will be involved in a wide range of tasks related to our HR Operations processes as well as many varied tasks in connection with supporting our Global HR Business Partners and Group HR in general. You will help to ensure that we create an environment for our employees that support us in being a great and preferred place to work

As our new Student Assistant, you are a part of the Global Employee Relations & HR Operations Team, located in our beautiful Headquarters in Hellerup. The position is part time 15-20 hours per week.

Among others you will be responsible for:

  • Providing advice and support regarding employee enquiries
  • To support the Global HR Business Partners with tasks related to the Recruitment Process
  • Administrative tasks including coordination of e.g., exit interviews & surveys, archiving, corporate credit cards and other ad hoc tasks
  • Preparation of monthly reports of e.g., new hires, off boarding etc.
  • Revision of HR Policies & Procedures throughout the year
  • Ad hoc projects – e.g., project related to off-shore activities, recruitment process and other



As a person you are ready to work in a change-driven organization and capable of adapting to new procedures and conditions whenever needed. You hold strong structural skills combined with the ability to maintain an overview of many ongoing tasks at the same time. You are highly focused, driven and with positive energy and you contribute with a team oriented and collaborative mindset. The ability to communicate and engage with employees and managers at all levels, across cultures and across organizational units is also part of your profile.

Further we are looking for a candidate with the following qualifications:

  • You are enrolled in a higher educational institution in Denmark – preferably on your 1st or second year of your bachelor
  • Highly structured, analytically skilled with attention to details and fluent English skills in writing and verbal communication
  • Able to take initiative and drive processes on your own
  • A keen interest in Human Resources
