Project Manager - Group Risk and Capital Management

The Job

The Group Risk and Capital Management unit is in the process of finding a new Project Manager, who will focus on development and change initiative planning and execution. Located at our Headquarters in Hellerup (DK), you will be partly responsible for development programmes and projects across Group Risk and Capital Management, Group Finance and Group Treasury. You will be a member of the strategic System and Data Development function, and you will participate in the on-going strategic execution and development of the Banks framework in accordance to changes in business objectives and regulatory requirements. The position will include, but not be limited to project management and business analysis in the following areas:

  • Management and Regulatory  reporting framework

- COREP and FINREP integrated solutions

- Capital and Liquidity assessments and modelling

- Income and performance reporting

  • Risk and financial management

- Data and system infrastructure assessment

- Business logic and processes

  • Business and Process Analysis
  • Solution Requirement Specification

- Business cases and requirements

- IT development specification 

 

Your Profile

  • You are accustomed to managing projects in the financial sector of varying size and complexity and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneous.
  • You have an understanding of financial instruments, capital and liquidity impacts, as well as understanding the regulatory environment.
  • In addition to being a project manager, you possess strong business analytical skills that you apply in the projects you work on and as such take part in designing solutions.
  • You have experience with financial regulation, and implementation hereof. You are organised and have a planned approach in solving challenges.
  • You have experience with change initiatives and like taking responsibility and driving a process forward with strong focus on strategic goals and business value added.
  • You have great people skills and can easily understand and explain complex situations. You are able to build valuable business networks which require good communication skills – connecting people with different functional and cultural backgrounds.
  • You have knowledge of IT infrastructure and development work flows
