About us:


The successful applicant for this job will be joining Saxo Bank’s Operations department in India, which consists of approximately 160 employees, whose overall purpose is to handle processes, systems and work related to clients’ due diligence, platform configurations, client reporting, clients’ funds bookings, trade processing, regulatory reporting and product lifecycle management.

Global Onboarding is part of Operations Department in India, and we are responsible for onboarding private clients from most of the world.

Being part of onboarding requires good stakeholder management skills – proactively ensuring relevant stakeholders are informed and aligned. That you are an outgoing and extrovert personality with excellent people manager skills and –experience. It will be advantageous if you have experience with transformational change and process optimization.





  • Be a People Manager with proven background of leading with example and motivational/inspirational leader
  • Maintain a controlled operating environment that complies with operational standards.
  • Perform timely and regular reporting to Senior Management and Relationship Management.
  • Ensure team is escalating critical issues to all the stake holders to ensure a seamless process flow.
  • Act as technical and knowledge resource to the team/business unit.
  • Take responsibility for insourcing of Onboarding tasks from regions and integrate into day-to-day work for Copenhagen and Gurgaon teams when requested and the ongoing management of the outsourcing agreements
  • Remove complexity and increase productivity by process improvement/lean processes.
  • Streamline and optimize Onboarding processes where possible and contribute actively to creating and maintaining global policies, procedures and work instructions.
  • Be able to multitask among core Onboarding activities and related admin tasks with reasonable efficiency and accuracy.
  • Actively ensure that Onboarding engages positively with any stakeholders and maintain a high service level at all times.




  • Business satisfaction with support and services from Operations.
  • Operational cost efficiency improvement, e.g. a measure of cost of manual processes, scalability and automation.
  • Ensure alignment with the set Onboarding KPI’s and SLA’s.
  • Successfully implemented new initiatives.
  • Secure that processing is up to date on regulatory standards
  • Monitor and report on Day-2-Day control
