CRM Business Analyst – Digital Sales & Service

The successful applicant for this job will be joining Saxo Bank’s Digital Sales and Service Department, which consists of 100+ employees, managing both sales and service for the largest customer base in Saxo Bank - the digital classic segment consisting mainly of investors and smaller traders.  The focus is to digitalize all interactions in this client segment, while obtaining higher conversion rates, improved client satisfaction and better lead interactions.  The Saxo Digital strategy is customer centric, creating an end-to-end view of the full client journey, while fostering a data-driven test and learning environment in all initiatives.

As our new CRM Business Analyst you will be placed in the CRM Business team, which owns and is responsible for the CRM and supporting systems, including Telephony and UCR.  These systems are all core components in the Saxo Ecosystem and development of these tools will provide significant input in the Bank’s aspirations for future state client experience in the digital world.  The team focuses predominantly on the business development, business support & training for all 800+ internal end-users & 70+ super-users.  The team has a vital function bridging the gap between business and technology to ensure business needs are translated clearly and to a level of detail to be consumed by technical delivery teams. Furthermore, the team is responsible for maintaining the business configurations, including workflows and service management configurations.  


  • Effective communication with key business stakeholders, super-uses and end-users.
  • Continuous training & end-user documentation.
  • Assisting in the processing and documentation of business requirements, including identification of business optimization and usability features.
  • Support tasks, including maintenance of business workflows, business configurations and dashboard reports.
  • Being an important liaison between business stakeholders and technology. You will be expected to help drive features from early requirement discussions all the way through to operational implementation.

  • You are a well-organized, structured person with the ability to quickly understand, structure, and dissect complex business problems.
  • You have outstanding written and spoken communication skills in English.
  • You have preferably some experience from a similar position gathering information and turning it into clear and understandable requirements.
  • Experience working with CRM systems is a strong plus, preferably with MS CRM Dynamics 2016.
  • You have a clear client centric mindset, and a strong drive towards ensuring that the optimal client experience is integrated in all requirements for the CRM system. You understand the importance of meeting internal and external stakeholder requirements, keeping the digital client experience at forefront, while still adhering to operational, legal, compliance, regulatory, security, and audit requirements.
