Student Assistant for Account Services

Account Services is a global multicultural team currently based in Denmark, Singapore, Switzerland, Prague and India. We are expanding and increasing our offering and currently have a vacancy in our Copenhagen team.

The team’s overall purpose is to provide product and service information resolving any merging problems that our clients may face with accuracy and efficiency.  

Among others you will be responsible for:

  • Technical Support and access administration
  • Resolving product or platform queries and client reporting
  • Maintaining client data
  • Business and Data Analysis
  • Process improvements


We are looking for a candidate with the following qualifications:

  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening to manage high volumes of calls in a timely manner
  • Ability to follow clear guidelines and to ensure adherence to all compliance policies and procedures
  • Be capable of multitasking and meeting deadlines in a dynamic environment
  • Excel in Microsoft office solutions
  • Be a team player with good communication skills
  • Fluent English plus Danish/Russian
