Global Head of Wholesale Relationship Management


The RM Wholesale department consists of 10 employees sitting in various locations and its overall purpose is to grow our Wholesale clients.     

As our new team lead for the relationship managers you refer to the Global Head of Wholesale Business and will be part of the banks commercial department. The relationship management team is responsible for working with our B2B2C client segment, primarily banks and brokers, which use Saxo Bank’s capabilities to service their clients.    

Among others you will be responsible for:

  • Responsible for the Wholesale RM team, including setting KPI’s and follow up
  • Responsible for TRE growth on your own portfolio of wholesale clients through proactive personal impact
  • Creating overview of the development in the Wholesale business and take initiatives to improve the business line
  • Manage the client interaction with Saxo’s value chain and proactive engagement of Saxo specialists


You are a seasoned and professional person who is good at creating an atmosphere of trust with clear goals and high performance. You have a strong commercial background and You can gain clients trust and manage client’s expectations and deliver accordingly.

Further we are looking for a candidate with the following qualifications:

  • Minimum 10 years of experience working with clients within the financial sector
  • Minimum 5 years of experience managing people preferably in a matrix organization
  • Experience working in an international organization and a strong carrier of values
  • In depth knowledge of the Saxo offering, including a broad knowledge of financial products including securities, derivatives etc.
  • Good knowledge of how to apply IT solutions to business challenges
  • Experience in negotiating commercial terms
  • Minimum requirements is fluency English, but further languages is an advantage
