Client Account Services is a global multicultural team currently based in Denmark, Singapore, Prague and India.  

The team’s overall purpose is to provide product and service information, resolve any merging problems that our clients may face with accuracy and efficiency.  

Amongst other tasks you will be responsible for:

  • Technical Support and access administration
  • Resolving product or platform queries
  • Client reporting
  • Funding and share transfer assistance
  • Maintaining client data



We are looking for a candidate with the following qualifications:

  • Fluent in English both written and spoken and additional European language(s)
  • Experience from a similar client support role and the ability to liaise with clients in a timely professional manner
  • Preferably experience in the financial services industry
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening to manage high volumes of calls in a timely manner
  • Ability to follow clear guidelines and to ensure adherence to all compliance policies and procedures
  • Passionate, results driven team player achieving targets in strict deadlines
