Global Reward Specialist


As the Reward Specialist, you will be involved in a wide range of tasks related to our Reward and Performance processes as well as many and varied elements connected to reward of our people. You will help to ensure that we create and deliver terms and conditions for our employees that support us in being a great and a preferred place to work.

As our new Reward Specialist, you refer and belong to the Global Reward team.

Among others you will be responsible for:

  • Co-developing and handling of variable pay instruments. Preparation and distribution of written and verbal
    information to inform leaders and employees in Saxo Bank
  • Ensure flawless execution of the Annual Compensation Review Process
  • Conduct Benchmarking studies - Support and coordination of job matching and salary submission with external survey providers to ensure a robust benchmarking process and reliable data.
  • Define, own and provide operational support on Mobility matters in liaison with HR Operations
  • Co-develop and operational maintenance on Workday (HR information system) elements related to Reward
  • Build the global Reward setup in collaboration with the team, reviewing, developing and governing Reward policies and processes in support of the global business strategy
  • Analyze HR data sets to distil insights and convey findings for leaders /top mgmt. e.g. identifying connections between salary and performance

Further we are looking for a candidate with the following qualifications:

  • Relevant academic background (BSc degree) or equivalent
  • 5 years’ + of working experience (international environment preferable)
    (skills within Performance, Compensation, Benefits and mobility is a must)
  • Hands-on experience with and Super user in Microsoft Excel and Power Point, Workday experience is a plus
  • Experience in developing HR concepts and programs with an Innovative, challenging approach
  • Highly numeric, naturally analytical and proficient within HR processes, systems and policies
  • Strong attention to detail and Excel skills allied to the ability to interpret and analyze complex data and draw relevant recommendations
  • Project management skills
  • Fluent English skills, both in writing and verbal communication
