You will head our Regulatory and Tax Reporting Team in Copenhagen. We are fifteen people globally based in Denmark, India and Singapore.

The Regulatory and Tax Reporting Team is part of the Post Trade Control and Reporting department. We are part of Saxo Bank’s Group Operations, which has approximately 300 employees globally.

Regulatory and Tax Reporting Team’s main responsibilities are to act as key stakeholders and SMEs within the Bank’s Regulatory and Tax projects, support and monitor new upcoming regulatory requirements and changes to existing obligations, and to ensure complete, accurate and timely Regulatory and Tax reporting globally. We work closely together with our colleagues from Regulatory Technology as we analyse, develop and implement new and enhanced reporting facilities.

Your main responsibilities will be:

  • Manage Regulatory and Tax Reporting teams globally
  • Drive and develop Regulatory and Tax Reporting for Saxo Bank Group
  • Act as a key stakeholder from Operations perspective in implementing new international Regulatory Reporting requirements facing Saxo Bank Group
  • Act as a Product Owner and support Saxo Bank Group’s projects related to Regulatory and Tax Reporting and liaising with local offices in the UK, France, Switzerland, Australia, Singapore and China
  • Participate in continuously improving documentation and processes within the Regulatory and Tax Reporting team



We are looking for a candidate with following professional qualifications:

  • Experience from a similar role (in Operations or as Consultant) and are looking for new challenges and an opportunity to grow your career
  • Good understanding of Regulatory and Tax Reporting area in different global jurisdictions
  • Academic background (preferably a university degree within Law, Accounting, Economics or Finance)
  • Relevant experience in defining business requirements and working closely with IT departments
  • Familiarity with financial investment products (Stocks, Bonds, CFDs and other derivatives)
