Student Assistant in Client Account Services

The GDCS department consists of around 280 employees spread across 13 countries and its overall purpose is to drive the global distribution and services of products towards clients of Saxo Bank, i.e. to attract new business and offer world-class service.

Client Account Services team consists of 45 employees spread across 5 locations servicing all client types from individual to WLCs. Providing technical support and access to all client applications, product and platform assistance, client funding, account settings, pricing updates and client reporting.

Among other tasks you will be responsible for:

  • Technical Support and access administration
  • Servicing clients via phone, case management and chat
  • Resolving product or platform queries and client reporting
  • Maintaining client data
  • Business and Data Analysis
  • Process improvements



We are looking for a candidate with the following qualifications:

  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening to manage high volumes of calls in a timely manner
  • Ability to follow clear guidelines and to ensure adherence to all compliance policies and procedures
  • Be capable of multitasking and meeting deadlines in a dynamic environment
  • Excel in Microsoft office solutions
  • Be a team player with good communication skills
  • Fluent English and Danish is required, an additional European language is a plus
  • Preference will be given to candidate with more than 1 year of study left and able to work at least 15 hours per week
