Project Manager & Business Analyst - Group Finance and Risk COO Office

The Job

Group Finance and Risk (GFR) organisation is the business unit containing the Group’s corporate functions, including Group Finance, Group Treasury, Group Legal, Group Risk and Capital Management and Group Compliance.

The GFR Chief Operating Officer (COO) Office is a small strategic team working with process management, infrastructure and data in a strategic, development and change context. The team is tasked with facilitating execution of the Groups overall strategy when it comes to digitizing and automating the Group’s processes within the GFR organisation, and in doing so defining a long term digital strategy for operating its corporate functions in a forward looking and efficient manner.

The team works in the Crossfield between Business stakeholders and IT development teams, aiding in defining new solutions to common and new challenges in order to deliver on the Groups strategy. With an ambitious agenda, the GFR COO Office is in the process of finding a new Project Manager and Business Analyst, who will join the current team of three employees in the Headquarters in Hellerup, Denmark.


GFR COO Team’s Responsibility;

  • Support GFR Management on business strategy
  • Define and articulate the GFR Systems, Data and Infrastructure strategy
  • Facilitating GFR management in Prioritization & Implementation of Strategic development activities
  • Manage the GFR development Portfolio and assist with Project Management
  • Establish and maintain the Group Data Governance framework
  • Support CFRO and GFR Management with Business Analysis and Project Planning
  • Support CFRO and GFR Management with strategic Ad-Hoc tasks such as M&A activities etc.
  • Establish and maintain a GFR Process Management initiative

Your Profile

  • You are accustomed to managing projects in the financial sector of varying size and complexity and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneous.
  • You are used to doing business analysis and have a flair for developing and specifying solutions, often adopting new technologies.
  • You have some understanding of financial instruments, capital and liquidity impacts, as well as some understanding the regulatory environment.
  • You are organised and have a planned approach in solving challenges.
  • You have experience with change initiatives and like taking responsibility and driving a process forward with strong focus on strategic goals and business value added.
  • You have great people skills and can easily understand and explain complex situations. You are able to build valuable business networks which require good communication skills – connecting people with different functional and cultural backgrounds.
  • You have knowledge of IT infrastructure and development work flows
