Student Assistant for our Digital Business Development Team

Your role and work environment

The future is digital and we are looking for people that can help us align the voice of the customer with our digital service offering. Together with product owners, business analysts, and development teams you implement new, faster, leaner ways of executing on (non-trade-related) lead/client requests on the website and the platform. The use cases we cover in the team cover the full service lifecycle of a client from account creation & funding to the request for additional/new accounts, products or services – including mandatory actions related to access, funding & compliance-related requests.

Among others, you will be responsible for:

  • Support ad-hoc execution of system administration/configuration tasks in multiple systems
  • Provide stakeholders with help and information supporting the rollout of system admin changes
  • Create structured documentation of the solutions developed within the team
  • Monitor impact solutions delivered and suggest improvements

Your Profile

  • You are energetic and organized – eager to learn and deliver on more than one thing at a time
  • You are naturally curious and take pride in solving puzzles – getting to the bottom of a tech issue and quick to learn new systems
  • You are fluent in English -  written and verbal
  • You report on progress and escalate when needed
  • You give and ask for constructive feedback
  • You are finalizing Bachelor’s or Master’s degree within
    • IT with a view to become a developer, architect or ITBA (knowledge of HTML and/or C# is a plus)
    • Marketing with a focus on marketing technology and/or email marketing (experience working with Adobe Campaign on another mass mail solution is helpful)
    • Web-design with a focus on creating websites (experience working with Sharepoint, Sitecore or another content management system is helpful)

You will join a highly skilled, ambitious and hands on platform management team, with overall ownership of Saxo Bank’s client facing platforms.
