About the team:

Business Analysis and Performance, is a core team inside the bank that focuses on generating, analyzing, and driving commercial initiatives that accelerate short-term revenue and cost reduction. The team splits its focus around three main areas:

  1. Driving idea generation and analysis of new initiatives
  2. Performing sound business casing to highlight commercial value
  3. Running end-to-end project implementation across the bank, once ideas are prioritized

About the position:

Reporting into Senior Management, you will be working on fast paced projects from the second it becomes an idea to eventually driving it into the market. You will work alongside a global team placed in Copenhagen and Amsterdam consisting of Commercial Performance Leads and fellow Business Analysts. The team places you in the center of the commercial focus of the bank and therefore requires you to be able to communicate and align with senior and executive management using clear and precise presentations.

To be successful in this role you must be:

  • Accustomed to managing projects in the financial sector of varying size and complexity and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneous.
  • Organized and have a very structured approach in solving challenges
  • Excellent at communicating with stakeholder from all levels with a clear approach to presentations and stakeholder management
  • Very accustomed to Excel and have an understanding of how to structure and analyze business cases.
  • Confident at carrying out market and competitor analysis.
  • A self-starter and a team-player

A great candidate also has:

  • Experience from a top tier consultant firm
  • An understanding of PowerBI
  • Interest in trading and knowledge of how financial markets work
