Media Analyst


Saxo Bank is looking for a talented Media Analyst to support their ambitious client acquisition efforts. The candidate will join the Marketing department and work closely with the Paid Media and Digital Analytics teams. The role’s main responsibilities are ensuring data quality, managing tracking and leveraging data-driven insights. As a Media Analyst, you will present insights and recommendations to the marketing team to maximize commercial impact. Saxo currently runs an advanced Adobe tech stack with integrations to, and activation of, all lead and client data.



  • Cultivate advanced product expertise in Adobe Analytics
  • Educate the rest of the team on best practices and new features in Adobe Workspace
  • Proactively monitor website + marketing performance and identify performance outliers
  • Present intra-/cross channel insights for marketing budget allocation, informing media plans and execution
  • Activate and operationalize multiple data sources for marketing reporting and steering
  • Project management of new endeavors requiring resources from multiple teams (Paid Media, Digital Analytics, Data Science, IT, etc.)
  • Experience with PowerBI and SQL programming is a plus.

Data hygiene

  • Ensure correct data uploads across all channels
  • Ensure availability and correctness of all data science uploads in Adobe Workspace
  • Create alerting framework for discrepancies between platforms
  • Create anomaly alerting framework to notify Paid Media and inform corrective action
  • Maintain Paid Media tagged library for Adobe dimensions/metrics/segments 


  • Definition of tracking requirements
  • Tag implementation in Doubleclick Campaign Manager, Social channels and on-site
  • Tag management in Adobe Launch
  • Develop app tracking, from app downloads to in-app onboarding
  • Maintain and develop tracking for Attribution


  • Data collection, hygiene, modelling and enhancement for Attribution
  • Translate Attribution insights into actionable recommendations for media mix modelling, budget allocation and campaign planning
  • Ensure full adoption of Attribution features in Adobe Analytics
  • Develop Attribution reporting in DCM & Facebook
  • Triangulate DCM, Facebook and Adobe data to verify insights
  • Regularly present Attribution insights to the organization, together with Paid Media channel heads 


  • Promote the use of automation and rule-based campaign management across channels
  • Implement and maintain PPC scripts
  • Assist Social team in adopting automated features in 3rd party tools
  • Automate reports in Adobe Analytics (and PowerBI) and reduce manual reporting in the team
