The SAS Service department consists of 12 employees globally and its overall purpose is to provide day-to-day operational service and support for our Tier 1/VIP Partners and Institutional clients.
As our new Account Manager you refer to and belong to the SAS Service London team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for a portfolio of White Labels, Introducing Brokers and Financial clients and will be managing and resolving day-to-day requests, system demonstrations, trainings; establishing service flows and processes for the partners, as well as managing larger projects, and becoming best in class in terms of client servicing; whilst working in accordance with the banks’ values, its policies and procedures, and in compliance with all relevant legislation.
Among others you will be responsible for:
Actively participating in the development of the client service policies and standards for Saxo Bank AS clients and Saxo capital Markets UK Ltd.
Dealing with clients’ queries and resolving client issues to a high satisfaction and improving the overall customer relationship.
Assisting with communicating to end clients via email or phone information about new product releases and/or changes to their account.
Investigating more complex partners’ requests ensuring the clients’ needs are being satisfied.
Min. 2 years of Account management or sales in financial industry or experience in a similar role.
Fluent Eastern European or Spanish language is a plus
Sound knowledge of financial products offered by Saxo.
Commitment to providing excellent customer service.
The ability to use own initiative effectively, when appropriate.
Ability to work well under pressure and perform comfortably in high-stress environments, consistently achieving targets.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
