Senior Client Configuration Specialist


The Client Configuration department consists of 12 employees situated in HQ, Singapore, and India. Our overall purpose is to support Saxo Bank client infrastructure with regards to account set up, pricing and risk components across all client segments as well as support the customer service towards our institutional clients. Furthermore, we are heavily involved in projects delivering new products, new applications, and partner integration.  

Currently we are looking for an employee in the Client Configuration team in HQ:

Among others you will be responsible for:

  • Representing Client Configuration department in projects with other stakeholders and execute on agreed actions.
  • Development of system enhancements including design specification, testing, go-live verification, and hyper-care.
  • Share the responsibility of continuously delivering process improvement.
  • Some day to day tasks around servicing existing relationships with institutional clients worldwide via phone and mail. This includes configuration of multiple pricing and risk profiles.

Further we are looking for a candidate with the following qualifications:

  • Experienced Project Manager with flair and interest for details and execution
  • You have a background working in the financial market with knowledge of financial products both cash based and leverage.
  • Flair for IT systems.
  • You enjoy working in an international and fast-paced agile environment with colleagues in global locations.
  • Strong analytical mind and a logical thinker
  • Solution minded and can transform business needs into actual solutions
  • Is a team player who can work independently
