Student Private Sales Associate in Prague

About the job

As part of our CEE Sales team, your primary task will be to engage with new private and corporate clients, evaluate and assist them in their client journey as well as help educate clients on usage of financial instruments on our platform, whilst working in accordance with Saxo Bank’s values, its policies and procedures, and in compliance with all relevant legislation.

  • Call and evaluate new high-value private and corporate client sign-ups, educate them on financial instruments, and assist them in getting started on the platform;
  • Commitment to providing outstanding customer service, with an enthusiastic approach, when speaking with clients;
  • Maintain an up-to-date, clean pipeline of client follow-ups;
  • Deliver excellent sales results as measured against your own KPIs and those of others in the team;
  • Ability to use your own initiative effectively and when appropriate;
  • Self-motivated and able to work with a consistently high standard;
  • Support and guidance to clients during their journey of signing-up to become a client.

We will provide extensive training and support to you in order to succeed with these tasks.

 

Your profile


As the primary task will be communicating with clients over the phone, it is very important that  you are outspoken and feel comfortable contacting clients and sales leads. Likewise, a genuine interest in financial markets and any prior trading experience would constitute an advantage. Optimally, you have 1-2 years left of your education.

It is a requirement for this position that you are native speaker of Polish or Hungarian or Romanian or Bulgarian as well as possess English language skills at a professional level. Any additional CEE language knowledge would be considered an advantage.

Sales within Saxo Bank

The global sales organization is responsible for growing trading emissions and assets under management through acquisition of new direct and wholesale clients as well as through activation of the already existing client relationships, cross- and up-selling, development of global partnerships.

The sales organisation is split into two main client facing groups: the software as a service business and the direct business.

We aim to be digital first and implement world class digital engagement for all our clients and partners and focus on the human touch for our top clients and partners, ensuring that our teams in local offices spend their time on the most value-adding task with our partners and top direct clients.
