Junior Account Manager

Are you the Service-orientated Junior Account Manager we are looking for? Do you have an interest in financial products? Then we would love to invite you to join our Prime Service team at Copenhagen HQ.

About the job

We take pride in a high satisfaction and aim for improving the overall customer relationship. You will be responsible for delivering a high level of service to a portfolio of our smaller White Labels, Introducing Brokers and Financial clients. You will assist Key Account Managers in managing and resolving day-to-day requests. Also:

  • system demonstrations and training
  • establishing service flows and processes for the partners
  • share our passion for becoming best in class in terms of client servicing, with our policies, procedures, compliance with all relevant legislation in mind

We have offices around the world including London, Amsterdam, Singapore, Shanghai, Hong Kong, Sydney, Gurgaon, Tokyo and Paris. With our global footprint, you can impact how people trade financial markets worldwide.

Among others you will be responsible for:

  • Actively participating in the development of the client service policies and standards
  • Dealing with clients’ queries and resolving issues
  • Assisting with communicating to end clients via email, CRM or phone information about new product releases and/or changes to their account
  • Investigating more complex partners’ requests ensuring the clients’ needs are being satisfied.
  • Effective/ Regular communication with clients about account updates and changes
  • Analysing statistics or other data to determine the level of customer service and recommending improvements
  • Carrying out any further tasks for which the qualifications and experience of a junior Account Manager are suited as directed by Saxo Bank AS
  • Supporting key Account Managers in Copenhagen with their clients’ day to day queries

Your profile

  • Min. 1 year of Account management, Middle Office or Client facing operation role financial industry
  • The ability to use own initiative effectively, when appropriate
  • Ability to work well under pressure and perform comfortably in high-stress environments, consistently achieving targets
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • A self-starter, ability to learn quickly

Sales within Saxo Bank

The global sales organisation is responsible for growing trading emissions and assets under management through acquisition of new direct and wholesale clients as well as through activation of the already existing client relationships, cross- and up-selling, development of global partnerships.

The sales organisation is split into two main client facing groups: the software as a service business and the direct business.
