We are looking for a customer orientated and hands-on Team leader, to join our Prime Service team at our HQ in Copenhagen. Do you also have an interest in financial products and a passion for delivering a high level of service?....... then you are the one we are looking for.

Global Prime service team is responsible for a day-to-day operational service and support of our Tier 1/VIP Institutional clients and partners.

You will report to the Global Head in London and be responsible for managing a team of 4-5 Account Managers as well as a portfolio of White Labels, Introducing Brokers and Financial clients mostly but not exclusively in the Nordic region. You will be:

  • Liaising closely with Saxo Bank operational departments
  • managing and resolving day-to-day needs of the team, as well system demonstrations, training
  • establishing service flows and processes for the partners

managing larger projects and dealing with client escalations; whilst working in accordance with the banks’ values, its policies and procedures, and in compliance with all relevant legislation.

Among others you will be responsible for

  • Actively participating in the development of the client service policies and standards for Saxo Bank AS clients and partners.
  • Dealing with clients’ queries and resolving client issues to a high satisfaction and improving the overall customer relationship.
  • Assisting with communicating to end clients via email, CRM or phone information about new product releases and/or changes to their account.
  • Investigating more complex partners’ requests ensuring the clients’ needs are being satisfied.
  • Effective/ Regular communication with clients about account updates and changes.
  • Analysing statistics or other data to determine the level of customer service and recommending improvements.
  • Carrying out any further tasks for which the qualifications and experience of a Team Lead are suited as directed by Saxo Bank AS.


Your Profile

  • Min. 2 years of experience in managing small to medium size team or Client facing operation team in Financial Services
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Fluent in oral and written English, Danish and any other European language is a plus.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and perform comfortably in high-stress environments, consistently achieving targets.
