Risk and Pricing Configuration Specialist

The Client Configuration Team consists of 13 employees situated in HQ, Singapore, and India. Our overall purpose is to support Saxo Bank’s complex client infrastructure with regards to configuration and integration of account set up, pricing and risk components as well as direct support towards our institutional partners. Furthermore, we are heavily involved in projects delivering new products, new applications, and partner integration.  

To strengthen our team we are looking for a new member of our Team in HQ.

Amongst others you will be responsible for:

  • Act as a key stakeholder in projects around future business needs.
  • Facilitate Partner onboarding and servicing existing relationships worldwide via mail and phone.
  • Configure and maintain 15+ commercial profiles such as commission, margin, interest, custody fee, risk profile, in line with documented processes.
  • Handle team’s CRM queue for incoming client requests including hosting daily global calls.
  • Share the responsibility of continuously support process and system improvements with focus on enhancing the client experience and automation.

Further we are looking for a candidate with the following qualifications:

  • Possess a relevant degree (Master in Finance, Math or similar) or a minimum of 3 years’ work experience in a similar position and/or as a key stakeholder in Projects.
  • Has good knowledge of the financial instruments and the capital markets.
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Enjoys client interaction and has excellent verbal and written English skills.
  • Solution minded and can transform business needs into actual solutions.
  • Enjoys working in an international and fast-paced agile environment with colleagues and team mates globally.
  • Is a team player who can work independently.

Chief Operating Office (COO) within Saxo Bank

COO is responsible for building, constantly developing and improving the full digital value chain that Saxo Bank delivers to its clients and its partners. This is done in close collaboration with the IT Department and the Saxo Experience Office (SXO) and supports Saxo Bank in always providing a world class digital Saxo Experience in an efficient, stable and scalable way. 

The COO Area includes the following departments: Business Management, Platforms, Operations, Trading & Market Access, Quant Department, Big Data & IA as well as the Counterparty Credit Risk Management department.
